Executive Suite Cancellation: If cancelled or modified more than 2 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 2 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.Payment: Full booking item amount will be charged.

Other policies: Reservations for the month of December may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival. Where a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or where the Guest fails to show up, the full booking amount will be retained.

Where cancellations or amendments are made, all bank transfers charges and associated charges for refunds will be borne by the Guest.

A refundable security deposit shall be collected from the Guest upon arrival depending on the duration of their stay and the type of apartment to be occupied. The security deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, unless there are outstanding charges in case of damage or loss to the property during your stay or use of chargeable services. In this case, the charge will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference refunded to the Guest.
